30 minutes of ad-free music not working

Spotify will prompt me to watch an add for 30 minutes of add free listening and of course, I say yes. I watch the video and then it takes me directly to another add and doesn't give me the 30 minutes. Any tips?

I'm having the same problem. I have Spotify Music, version 8.2.0. Listening on an iPhone 6s with iOS 10.2.1
