A few of my Spotify local files won't sync to my phone :(

I have lots of local files on my Spotify desktop and my phone. By adding them to playlists and downloading, I can listen both on my iPhone and Mac desktop. However, there are a few songs that it won't work for. I don't know why!

By the looks of your post you already know these steps, but just in case, here's the the FAQ article we have on the forum regarding Local Files 🙌🏼

Aside from this, what I'd suggest in this situation is to check if removing the cached data on the affected device where the local files don't show up would make a difference.
Note: This will remove any content downloaded for offline listening.

In case this doesn't help out though, the issue may lie with the local files themselves. Testing the same files with a different account/ device is a good way to find this out, albeit it not being the most convenient one 🙂
