Superuser Contribution Why does spotify pause any other streaming music app as soon as I open it?

When I am playing soundcloud, as soon as I open the spotify app, without pressing play, it automatically stops my soundcloud. This is extremely frustrating and did not happen last week. This just started with the last update.
