Alternate way to log in. HELP

Recently dropped my iphone 4s and now certain parts of the screen dont respond to touch. the screen is also very glitchy, things randomly open and close as though i were touching the screen. and so in trying to move the spotify app to a clickable part of the homescreen i deleted it. i managed to redownload it but now i cant log in because when i open the app the sign up and log in buttons are right at the bottom where the screen doesnt work.. i dont want to cancel my subscription but its frustrating that i cant use it simply because i cant click one button. is there any alternate way i can log in?
