Just updated to family premium and at the moment the service seems over priced by £14.99? Why am I paying for something that flips out when it feels like it with no way of complaining

  • What device do you have?
  • What version is your OS running on?
  • What version of Spotify is installed?

iPhone 5s iOS 7 idk, but I want it fixed I didn't pay for this so I couldn't pick music
