My Question or Issue

I have an iPhone currently updated and using iOS 15.8.3. Whenever I log in to the spotify app it crashes straight after.
I’ve done all the recommended things but nothing has worked.

Just to be on the safe side, have you already performed a clean reinstall? It's more detailed and includes steps to also clear the cache which can cause different issues if it's corrupted.

To get a bit more understanding of the situation, would you mind sharing if you noticed when this started happening? Does the issue persist with a different internet connection (Wi-Fi, mobile data)?

Additionally, let us know if you see any error messages when the app crashes.

You should update to the newest iOS- 18.0.1.
