App crashing instantly

every couple of months there’s a bug that will cause my app to crash after playing music for like 20 seconds and restarting, closing redos loading everything doesn’t help and then there’s a bug update fixes it a little bit goes backs to crashing then just stops. super frustrating

Could you tell me Spotify version of your device?

Also, could you let me know if this happens if you connect to a Bluetooth device like a speaker?
