App frozen when clicking daylist (IOS)

I have to close the app to use it again after freezing when trying to use daylist.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Let's try troubleshooting this by first performing a clean reinstall of the app as described here. How did that go?

 

If it didn't bring a change, could you try using your account on a different mobile device to see if it behaves differently?

This solution did not help me - mobile app still freezes when I select "Daylist". Eventually the app just closes. No issues with web app, only mobile.

Thanks for the reply. Does the same happen regardless of what network you're connected to? Could you try logging in with a different account, from a friend or relative, and see if the same happens?

I didn't really have the option/opportunity to check this but today it
seems to be working so I guess it resolved itself.
