App is not working when the phone is blocked

My Question or Issue:

Hi Guys,

I have this issue since 3 weeks I think. It has started when I implemented the new iOS 14.2 on my phone. So, I cannot use this app when the device is blocked or when I do not use it like 15 seconds. the app is automically turning off.  when I am sesrching for some news or data it is fine And also when I am using the drive mode it is everything fine - no bugs/crashers. Please help, this is very annoing I cannot use this app on my phone.

Can you let me know what you mean when you say your iPhone is blocked? Also, could you try a clean reinstall of the app following the steps here?
