My Question or Issue

Even though im connected to the internet, the app still remains offline. However, when I use mobile data, the app becomes inline again.

Hey @yinqile1001, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Can you make sure Offline Mode is set to OFF by going to Home in the Spotify app > Settings (gear icon) > Playback > Set Offline to OFF

Thanks for confirming that for us.

 

Given that you're shown as online when using mobile data, it sounds like there might be an issue with your home network connection.

 

Do you mind trying to restart your router followed by your mobile device to see if that fixes things for you?

If not, could you try a clean reinstall of the app on your device following the steps listed in this Spotify Answer?
