My Question or Issue

Hi,

 

The last couple of days my app hasnt been responsive to when I press a track to play it. It's only in certain playlists, I scroll down press any track and it won't play it or if I press the big green play button at the top of the playlist just nothing happens. I can still press the banner at the bottom pause/skip tracks go into other playlists and play those songs just for a couple of certain playlists nothing responds its quite bizarre. Any help? Thanks,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

I'd recommend performing clean reinstall of your Spotify app. It's different than regular reinstallation.
Just find your device in this article and follow the steps provided there.

 

If possible, you can also log in to a different mobile device using your account and check if you're able to play those playlists there. It'd help to determine whether this issue is account-related, or something else is causing this.
