App on Iphone will not work nor can I delete it and reinstall.

i am using an iphone 14 pro.

 

We have the paid version of the family plan.  The rest of the family is having no issues.

I can log on to the computer no problem.  The issue is the iphone.

 

Please help me fix this.

Please share the exact error message you're seeing when attempting to log into the Spotify app, as there can be various different reasons why it's not working. 🙂
