Superuser Contribution my spotify songs keep repeating first 1 or 2 seconds of any songs I play.

When I hit play of a song on any Spotify playlist on my Iphone 11, any song on any of my playlists, my iphone 11 spotify keeps repeating the first second or two of the song. This does not happen on my Ipad.

Superuser Contribution Shuffle and loop not working when connected to car

When I am connected to my car via Bluetooth I can use shuffle or loop. The buttons light up for .2 seconds then revert back. If I leave car mode it does the same thing. If I shuffle a playlist or artist and then connect to my car it unshuffles.
