Audio skipping like a scratched cd on my app

My Question or Issue

 the audio on my app over the last couple of months has been skipping like scrattched cd for 3-5 seconds sometimes and its really annoying and it kills my vibe while listening to my jams; I have already tried a hard reset on my phone, removing the app and reinstaling and nothing seems to work, any suggestion as ive started to consider cancelling my premium suscription to another service but I really dont want to I love spotify, any suggestions will be really aprecitated.
