Shuffle does not work

My Question or Issue

 I have been having problems with playing my playlists. Every time I enter the app and shuffle my playlist it begins from the first song and goes straight down, not shuffling it. Moreover, every time I come back to the app it does it again, so I am listening to the same songs again. I have tried logging out of all my accounts and I even deleted my old version for the new. This problem has only started after I downloaded the newer version. Thanks!

I have had this issue for months now on my Windows 10 machine which is up to date with it's updates. Shuffle works fine when I listen using my iPad or through my Android/Blackberry phone... This is clearly a bug within the Windows 10 version, and FWIW, I updated the app morning to the latest version, and the problem remains...
