Autoplay not working

When I search for a song and play it, autoplay does not work. The song just stops when it’s done. I’ve double checked and made sure repeat and shuffle are off. I’ve toggled autoplay off and on, and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It’s still not working.

Can you confirm if you followed these steps that's provided in our support page correctly?

 

If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This is different than a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

 

We'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂

Would you mind letting us know if this is still happening when you log into your account using a different device?

 

You can also try with a different network to see if this behavior persists.
