'Available offline' is a lie!

 Why, when the app has been closed in 'offline mode' and then opened again out of network range, does it not remember my device? It's a bit silly that I pay for the 'offline' service and it wants me to log in via Facebook when I'm offline.

Is this just a bug on my device or should it be suggested for an addition to the next version?
