Beats Solo 3 Wireless play button not working on iOS 11 when on Spotify

Hi all,

Updated my phone to iOS11 last night and now my bluetooth headphones's play button doesn't seem to respond when on Spotify. Volume buttons do. Tried the same controls on Apple Music and they seem to work perfectly fine.

I suppose this will be rectified with an update for Spotify? Any help will be appreciated!

it happend to but it wont work on my phone and my phone is a samsung galaxy s6

i figured out how to fix them!!!!! all you have to do is reset your headphones by holding down the power button and the down volume untill you see one flashing light then repair your device with your phone

Thanks for the tip. It was a Spotify problem. When they updated the app everything went back to normal.
