Been dealing with some major bugs for years now. Where is the fix?

Spotify has had two major bugs for years now. I haven’t posted about them because they seemed so glaringly obvious that I didn’t expect it to take too long for their dev team to do something about it.

1. When using the swipe to queue feature, it doesn’t work unless you are connected to the internet. If you aren’t connected it just swipes but does nothing. This has happened on ever version of Spotify since the feature was added. Hitting the “...” and tapping queue is the only workaround. Why does this use internet? Doesn’t make any sense. I have Premium, am doing it on a downloaded song, running iOS 11.1.1 on iPhone 7.

2. Perhaps more annoyingly, offline music takes forever to load. If you have internet but it’s weak for some reason offline tracks don’t appear for a long time. Defeats the purpose of offline.
