Blank screen while playing music

• I keep getting a blank screen seconds after I open the app, I can still listen to music, but I can’t use it after it gets blank. Can’t change the song, can’t browse for music. I have to close it and open it again in order to do everything.

 
The version is 8.5.44. I’m using an iPhone 11 with iOS 13.3.1.
