Blocking users sonos

Blocking users sonos

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I gave a friend my password to use whilst at my house.
Now I keep getting messages regarding only one user at a time. I've selected the option to stop all devises etc but it hasn't stopped him using it with his sonos. I've changed password etc bu it hasn't worked.
Are there any other options?
Thank you

Sonos devices keep the connection to Spotify even after password changes, because of how the API works.

The easier way would be for you to get access to the Sonos and log your account out manually, or ask your friend to do so.

The other course of action when something like that happens is to create a new account with a different email address from the one you're using (Tip: don't use the one you use for Facebook). That will give you a different Spotify username of your choice.

Once you have this new account, contact customer support and they'll help you migrate your Premium privileges, library, playlists, friends, etc. to this new account.

Connected devices stay with the old account, so you'll have a fresh start without them.
