Can no longer save music to library on iPhone XR. I can only save to playlists.

My Question or Issue

 I can no longer save music to my library from my spotify app on the iPhone XR. I can only save the song to playlists.  See attached photo for what happens when I try to save a song to my library. The option is not given to me. On the other hand, I am able to save to my library when I use my desktop. I rarely use my desktop so this doesn't help me much.  How can I get this option back? Any solutions?  I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and logging out then logging back in. I also have 229 GB of storage free so downloadable space is not the issue.

The "add to library" function is now "Like," at the top of the list of actions. You can also do it directly from the player by tapping the heart icon.
