Hi, it’s been more than a week and I still with the same problem... I can’t dowload any music is says an error try again later 

I see that Spotify has changed the page and I believe they have restrictions with my country Venezuela now, I just download an apn app and it works perfectly so, what should i do? I pay monthly for this service that I can’t use anymore 

is there a solution ???? 

If there is any, would like my money back for my last payment. Don’t uunderstand why there is any costumer service email o phone where I can call and get this fix faster
