Can sync localfiles

I have troubling syncing local files, this problem just accoured one day i didnt do anything odd.

- I have tried to resync, uninstalling and reinstall software on both computer and iphone

- i have tried to plug phone into computer, (spotify cant find device, but itunes do)

- i have make sure that they are both in same network

- no firewall is blocking anything

what should i do? It's been for this several days and im getting kinda pissed off.
