My Question or Issue

Hello, I'm facing troubles with spotify for a week now. When I'm on a WiFi everything works fine, but the moment I'm using my mobile data, it says that I'm not connected to the internet. I can't search for songs, play any albums, only my downloaded playlists.
I've tried: deleting and reinstalling Spotify
switching off and on my phone, soft resetting it too

resetting all my network settings
turning airplane mode on, off, same with mobile data - but it still doesn't work.
Everything else works with my mobile data, I'm not in offline mode within spotify, mobile data usage is enabled for the app. Latest version of spotify is installed, and my phone is also up to date. I'm really at lost here. 😞

For Android phone, go to settings>data usage>allow mobile apps. It will allow you to set various apps to wifi, mobile or both. I had the same issue. Finally found that setting for spotify. 

I found the issue. In settings, need to select the app and it will let you choose wifi, mobile or both. I have been trying to find the setting for a week and finally found it.

When it does load it will only play a song for 10-11 seconds and then stop. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify, I have tried clearing the cache, there are no updates and I have made sure that there is enough storage.

About 2 days ago my Spotify app started not being able to connect to the internet when on mobile data while the rest of my phone apps and sites would be able to use mobile data without issue. I have tried clearing cache, deleting app data, making sure it's not in offline mode, reinstalling the app, deleting the com.spotify folder, and making sure there are no data/battery restrictions on the app in android settings. The app works fine on Wifi but not mobile data
