Can't enable explicit content (iphone app)

I'm in the USA, using the iPhone app, iOS 10, and have a premium account. I downloaded an album, tried to play it, got a pop up telling me to set my settings to allow it to play. So I go to the settings, turn the filter "off" (e.g. set it to green), and it asks me to input my iphone passcode. I do that, OK... still can't play the album. Very annoying - what am I doing wrong?

Hey @atrainor,

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community and welcome.

Just to confirm, you need iOS 11 or above for using Spotify and accessing Spotify content through the Spotify app. All the info about this is available here if you'd like to know more.

Hope you'll find this useful. Let us know if everything works fine after updating your device's operating system!
