Can’t find profile

Everytime I try to see my profile or others it shows as something went wrong, I’ve tried viewing it in other ways but It’s not working

Hey there, thanks for posting here in the Community.

This is for sure a weird behavior. Can make sure you're sharing the correct link to your profile with others?

In this link here, you can double-check under Username your current username set on your Spotify account.

Copy that username and paste it on this link https://open.spotify.com/user/{your_username} and check if you see the same error happening.

Please let me know how this goes.

Unfortunately it still isn’t working. I tried to send myself my daughters new accounts profile link and I get the same something went wrong page as well

Any additional details that you can provide (such as the device's make, model, and OS) where you've been experiencing this will be very helpful to us as well. Sending us some screenshots of what the issue looks like would come in handy.

 thank you! Top photo is phone model etc, second is copying a direct link of my profile second is attempting to open it on safari - others I’ve send my profile link to have also gotten this something went wrong page as well

Just one more test - can you try accessing again your profile through the link on a different web browser like Chrome if you haven't already tried it?

For instance - I was able to access your profile normally on my end through this link here. If you want, you can copy and paste in this thread the link that the Spotify app generates when you copy it to the clipboard and I'll test if I can access it like the one that I shared here.

I'll be on the lookout for your reply.

im able to open it on my iPad but on my phone i still get the something went wrong page on safari / private mode / chrome

• When did this start happening? Did it work before?
• Can you still open other people's profiles normally on the same devices?
• Does opening profiles from the search work as expected?
