This is for sure a weird behavior. Can make sure you're sharing the correct link to your profile with others?
In this link here, you can double-check under Username your current username set on your Spotify account.
Copy that username and paste it on this link https://open.spotify.com/user/{your_username} and check if you see the same error happening.

Unfortunately it still isn’t working. I tried to send myself my daughters new accounts profile link and I get the same something went wrong page as well

thank you! Top photo is phone model etc, second is copying a direct link of my profile second is attempting to open it on safari - others I’ve send my profile link to have also gotten this something went wrong page as well

Welcome to the Spotify Community!
Just to confirm, are you having issues opening a specific profile or all profiles in general? Have you tried using another Wi-Fi network or switching to cellular data (if applicable) to see if that helps? It's worth checking if disabling your device's Firewall temporarily does the trick.
If this happens on desktop, I'd recommend editing the hosts file and removing any lines with Spotify in the address you find. There's a detailed guide on how to do that here, check it out 🙂
