Can't get Offline Mode to Work

I just purchased Spotify Premium and want to listen to offline work for a roadtrip and not use all my data. But I can NOT get it to work. Everytime I try to go offline, it says that the track is not synced and not available offline. I have tried to sync it but nothing is workinggggg. I am so frustrated! Thank you for your help in advance!

Are you trying to sync with cellular data or wifi?

If you're having trouble, try to close all apps except Spotify, leave your device charging near your router (be careful to not place it on the router itself because routers heat a lot), set auto-lock to "never" and then try to leave the app syncing for about an hour (or a longer time if there are too many songs) with the screen turned on.

iOS tends to suspend apps if they're not being displayed on the screen, that's why you need should try leaving the phone alone with the screen on.

It's also worth making sure you have at least 1GB of free storage space on your device before trying to sync.
