Can't log in, sais I have existing account

I got a new iPhone. I made sure to log out of my account on my old device, but when I try to log in in my new phone it sais I already have an active account and can't log in. Extremely frustrated please help.

I am having the same problem and can't get ahold of anyone, my phone was reset to factory settings, I can't remember my username or pasword , i tried logging in with Facebook but apparently that wasn't correct because now it's not giving me premium it's got me in free trial
