My Question or Issue

 

I’m unable to log into the iOS Spotify app.  I can log in via Safari and my husband is able to login via his android. 

 

I’ve changed password 3 times.

Error msg: This email and password combination is incorrect. 

I’m certain I’m using correct password.

That's odd.

Could you try to use your username instead of your email address in the login process to see if that makes a difference?

Are you still not able to log into the account? If yes, have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

So from my web browser I logged into Spotify account settings and changed my email address to another one of my email accounts. Then went back to iPhone app and logged in with the new email address and that worked. I have no idea how or why this worked but I feel like I successfully tricked the app into letting me back in. Lord have mercy.
