My Question or Issue
when I’m playing my saved offline songs the playback is skipping like a scratched CD. Have tried force resetting the app and also turning off cross fade and gapless playback.
Hi @iPhoneEllie, thanks for writing!
Does it happen in every devices? Did it start after a specific event?
Have you checked if the apps are up-to-date?
Ok @iPhoneEllie,
And what kind of headphones do you use with it?
It would be great if you could try listening from another device so we can narrow down the root of the issue.
Hello there - I have this issue too. I listen via bluetooth in my vehicle as well as on a JBL Charge 3 and Charge 4. At first, I thought it was my Chevy's bluetooth system but it happened on multiple bluetooth speakers as well so I can verify it isn't just yours. It'll stop mid-song as if I was getting a phone call but then the music continues.
Hey @peter_craig45 and @iPhoneEllie,
Please head here and remove all offline devices listed, then perform a quick reinstall of the app.
After unistalling the app, make sure to switch off your devices and wait for a couple of minutes before switching it back on and downloading the app again.
You can also make sure that Offline Mode is toggled on when you listen to the downloaded content.
Hope this is more helpful!
