Can´t make album to offline

Hi,

using Spotify on iOS 8.0.2 on iPhone 4S.

Still have deleted and re-install App from Store.

rounfabout 4GB free Space on device.

I want to make a album to offline-Medium. Playlist does work.
Can switch the button but nothing happens else. Nothing were be stored.

Did you follow the steps from the link below when reinstalling? Do you have an active premium subscription?

Also, please make sure you have an active, stable internet connection so Spotify can download everything properly.

yes. i reinstalled the app on the device.

And yes i have WLAN and stable Connection

Do you mind confirming exactly which Spotify app version you have installed? 

Are you in Online mode when trying to download?

Hi,

installed Version 1.8.0.2444

I´m connected via WLAN and behind this is a DSL 16000 Conmnection.

And YES i´m in online Mode when i want to download.

When i store the album as Playlist, then i can download it.

So it is only when a want to download a album!
