Can't play a playlist !!! Only shuffles

I am a premium user but I can't play a playlist it just shuffles everything!!! I have checked on the song playing that the the icons aren't green ! I'm gonna cancel my subscription if this always happens!!

Try making a queue with all the songs you want to listen to

That's great when you can actually queue songs. If you have a blank "play" list you cannot add songs to the queue. It will only allow you to do so AFTER you select an artist, album, etc. and hit play/shuffle play.
