I can’t play my playlist it’s empty

Did something recently happened with your account, or have you changed your password or anything like that? Also, do you only see this on one device or multiple?

Could you try a clean reinstall on the device? If it doesn't help, check for any active power saving or data clearing apps or settings that need to be disabled.
Also what happens if you were to use a different network connection?
