Can't play music on my iPhone

I need your help!


I've downloaded Spotify Premium on my MacBook Pro and it works perfect. Then I downloaded it on my iPhone, logged in under the same username but I can't play any songs... Instead of a play button, there is a circle with two little dots in it. When I check my account on my phone it does says that I have a Premium account. 

I've tried logging out on my MacBook and only logging in on my iPhone, but I still can't play any songs!

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:


If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
