Can't search, only filter

When I go to search Spotify's catalogue, I only get a filter option. So, I can only search the songs I've already saved and nothing new. Is there a setting to change the search bar back into, well, an actual search bar?

Wait, it's even more worse than that. It's not even searching my music. It's only filtering my last search results. But I can't back out of those search results!
