Can't swipe to queue from within certain playlists?

Swipe to queue is a great feature and I use it all the time, but after the last update I noticed that certain Spotify managed playlists do not permit the "swipe to queue". Release Radar is an example and Rap Caviar another. I think this restricted to the playlists that have fancy art/video (also a new feature), but I'm not certain.

Anyone else notice this?

Same thing happens for me

It is probably due to the new layout (for select playlists) not supporting it
