Can't sync spotify with offline mode

Hello I've bought spotify premium about a week and a half ago and I don't understand why I can't listen to any music offline. This happens on my phone and ipad. I have enough storage space to do so. Can anyone help?

When I turn it onto offline mode there is no green arrow next to the songs when it's on online mode there is a green arrow.

Is the arrow then grey or is there no arrow?

I have the same problem on my IPhone 7.2.1... I never saw one single green arrow , they are all grey. I clicked on available offline but nothing is synch

Having the samme issue on my iPhone 6. Spotify wont dl ANY songs for offline listening... :S
