Can't use Data to Stream Music?

I can only use Spotify when I'm using Wifi. When I switch to data (3G/4G), it says Spotify is Offline. So I pay the subscription fee every month and you're telling me I need Wifi to stream music??

Please help.

P/S : my data connectivity is strong, I can use it for other apps and webpages without any problem.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

That's odd. In this case, can you check if there are any restrictions of data for Spotify from your phone Settings? Also, can you double-check with your mobile service provider if your plan covers Spotify?
