Previous and Next Buttons on Iphone do the opposite

When I disable shuffle on my Spotify on iOS  it should play songs from the top down in order. Pressing next skips to the next song below clicking previous for the song above. However, some of my playlists do the opposite. I would press next and it skips to the song above the current song. I press previous and it goes to the next song below the current song playing. Uninstalled and reinstalled on iphone didn't help.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We'd like to gather some more info. Can you let us know if this started happening after a specific update or event? Also, can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using specifically?

In the mean time, can you try using a different Spotify account to see if the same thing happens?

Hi @Marbe.

I am not sure what if this was an update or not that caused this.This is only on my iphone 7+ iOS 10.2.1. I'm using Spotify App version 7.5.0.1023. I don't have access to another spotify account. My desktop version is fine, however if i connect my phone to my desktop spotify Previous and next button is also broken until i close down the iphone App.
