Can you skip within a track on mobile?

Hey everyone. I just started using Spotify on my iPhone, and I was wondering how I can skip within a song on the iOS app? (for instance, i'm at the 0:40 mark in a song, an i'd like to skip to the 1:59 mark). I can do this on my computer but not my phone. Will i be able to do that using Spotify Premium on my phone? sorry if i sound really dumb lol. I have iOS 7 on an iPhone 5, but i just updated the app today. thanks in advance.

Open the Spotify app on your mobile device.
Log into your Spotify account.
Tap the Now Playing bar at the bottom of the screen.
You can then skip within the track on the green time bar

The time bar on my Spotify mobile app doesn't have that little white circle on the time bar that would allow me to skip within the song. There is the just green line that progresses as father song goes on. Is skipping within a song on mobile a feature that's exclusive to Premium accounts? Because I am seriously considering upgrading to Premium. The only things that's stopping me is whether or not I'll be able to skip within a song.

Yes, if you upgrade to premium there will be a white circle that allows you to skip within a track.
