Cannot Turn Off Shuffle Play (Not Showing On “Now Playing”)

My Question or Issue

When I am on my playlist I can’t play the specific songs I want where on my friends phone which is the EXACT same type (iPhone SE 2020) he can play whatever songs he want on his playlist without having to shuffle. Me and him are both on the Free plan of Spotify. And on the “Now Playing” when I press on it there is no shuffle button, it is only “Heart” and “Minus”. I’ve spent a long time trying to figure it out on my own but have had no such luck. Please help.

Can you provide us a screenshot so that we can take a closer look of what's going on from your end?

Note: Shuffle is the only available option to play your music as a free user from your mobile.
