Cannot download Spotify on new iphone

I received a new iPhone (SE) and restored my backup from my old phone. I originally downloaded Spotify under a different Apple ID on my old. I no longer have access to that account and tried to download the app under my current Apple ID. I tap “get”, it asks for the password then it doesn’t download. 

I have a premium subscription but I have no way of using it!

have you tried to restart your phone?

When this isn't working, you should try to download the Spotify App using another internet connection.
