Hi I need to reset all My devices as My iphone keep re-downloading my Offline songs. I have went to https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/offline-devices/ but the remove buttons dont do anything? Any one any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Why cant i find my downloads folder on my phone? I have an iphone if that makes a difference.
