Cannot log-in on iPhone app

Need help! I cannot log in on iPhone X, newest Spotify, Premium Fanily user...

 

have deleted & reinstalled 

reset password 

logged in on computer

but still won’t let me login on iPhone app 

 

Please help!

I actually just resolved it -- There is an issue with my Spotify app conecting to the WiFi. Not sure why this is happening as all other apps work on the WiFi, but it was solved once I moved to a location on cellular.

Are you getting any error messages? Could you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing?

 

Have you tried signing in with one of the other members account of the Family Plan in your device? Does it help if you try it with another network?

Yes, I did try to login with another account on the Family account on the iPhone and I am not getting any error messages. I am able to login on a Desktop no problem.
