Cannot login via facebook on iPhone XR

When I type in my login info and hit login, it appears as if the page refreshes.  Nothing happens, and I'm at the empty facebook login screen.  I tried typing in bogus info just to see if it was working and I did get the error message that the login info is incorrect.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling spotify but it still does not work.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorry if this may sound a bit repeptitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app by following these steps.

Try clearing Safari's cache and history, make sure to log out of any facebook account logged in www.fb.com

Could you also try the Remove Offline Devices and Sign Out Everywhere, probably resetting your password too, from your Spotify account page? 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Got it to work thank you! The thing that got it work finally was clearing the Safari cache/history.  I use Chrome as soon as I got the phone so I don't think I've ever even opened the Safari app, but somehow that did it.  Thanks again
