Cannot watch Call Her Daddy Videos on IPhone

I have cleared cache, I have logged out of the app and logged back in, I’ve restarted my phone and reinstalled the app and still nothing is working when I try to watch the video on my phone- it spins and then says “this content is not available” just a few weeks ago I was able to watch and all of a sudden it doesn’t work. The suggestions I’ve read have not worked for me

Thanks for reaching out. Is onlly that specific content affected? Does this happen only on your iPhone? If you haven't tried, see if the video works on other devices and on other networks too. Also please send us a screenshot of the exact error, we'd be happy to take a look.

I get this too! I can’t listen to call her daddy for weeks. After say 3/4 weeks it allows me to play the podcast. This is really annoying as I like to listen to the podcast weekly and it just started happening around the John Mayer episode and has been doing it ever since..

Hi joan call her daddy podcast and several other podcasts don’t work however some do actually 

so I was wondering if it’s related to my location?? 
Although call her daddy was working just fine previously in my country (saudi) 

what is the problem ? It’s really frustrating I actually get discouraged from listening because I like the video aspect of it

As @Joan has asked - does this happen only on a single device or across multiple ones? In case you haven't tried, please see if the podcast plays on other devices and on other networks too, as we could not reproduce the issue on our end.

We'd also like to know if the error has started appearing after a specific episode as @emilyypowerr has noted.
If this is the case - do the older episodes play?

i have the same problem it doesn’t work in Saudi I tried multiple devices and the video still doesn’t appeared
