Cant play a full album it always jumps to first song after a song ends

My Question or Issue

I can’t play a complete album anymore. Every time I want to listen to a song in an album Spotify jumps back to the first song of the album.

Sometimes it stops playing or repeats the same song instead of going to the next one

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. So in this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article as it will replace all damaged files and ensure you're on the latest app version.

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 

Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
