Cant see cover art on ios using a vpn

Dont see any cover art anymore for at least a couple weeks. Have updated to not avail. Works when vpn is disconnected.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also suggest updating to iOS 13.1.3 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Had already rebooted the device and reinstalled spotify.

Current spotify version is 8.5.27.1156

iOS 12.4 (16G77) and not planning to update it.

it was working just fine until a couple weeks ago. Updated spotify and vpn app only after issue arised.

Is there a way to contact support ?

Hey @toto466,

Could you share any screenshots of how that looks?

I'd suggest disabling the VPN if it's causing issues with Spotify.

Maybe try resetting your Network Settings in General>Reset of the Settings app 🙂

This is clearly a regression bug and am not willing to tolerate that on a 10€ a month app. Planning to cancel my subscription and tell my friends to do the same.
